Returns & Exchanges


If you have a change of mind or would like to exchange your item/s, Lunar & Kite are more than happy to process an exchange for you on full price items only. Please ensure you meet the below criteria to be eligible to make a return. Please note, sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.


  • Items must be sent back within 5 business days of receiving your items.  
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed with all tags and labels attached, in its original packaging.
  • Your exchanges must be of the same value.
  • Items must be full priced. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We will only accept returned item(s) that have been lodged via

 What can't be sent back?

  • Sale items
  • For hygiene reasons; hats, hair accessories and head scarves cannot be returned.
  • Items of unsuitable quality - no fake tan, makeup, animal hair, deodorant, stains or perfume marks.
  • If the item is deemed soiled or damaged upon arrival, we reserve the right to either deny your return or issue a partial credit to you, not a full credit.

 Faulty Items

  • If you have a faulty or damaged product please let us know via please include a picture of the deemed fault and your order number and if it is within an appropriate time frame we will respond to you with a decision and if approved to go ahead if it is to be a return. 


  • The cost of return shipping for exchanges and other returns is at the customer’s expense – this is non-refundable. A return satchel is required to be provided by customers wishing to exchange or return their items.

*Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to Lunar & Kite.  We will not be able to provide a exchange on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit. We highly recommend returning items through traceable mail (i.e. a tracking number).

 What Now?

  • Once you have lodged your return request, you will need to wait for approval. This is approved within 1-2 business days. Once approved you will receive our return address via email (it might be hiding in your 'Junk Mail'). Once we receive your item back, please allow 1-2 business days for this to be processed.
